Five health sector experts from advanced European regions gathered for two days to mentor an economic transition in Western Hungary (Szombathely) towards a more developed health sector. The three main areas covered included R&D and skills development, FDI and start-up ecosystem and direct EU funds for 2021-2027. Key outcomes were a specialisation area – complex rehabilitation – and the elaborated roadmap with a rich pool of initiatives, in which European (and beyond) partners are welcome to partake.
