Io Health was originally created by home health veterans for their own use and is now gaining traction with other provider customers. Io Health works with existing EMRs to improve patient outcomes while doubling the profitability of Home Health & Hospice agencies.

Io Health’s initial focus is on the US post-acute market, specifically the ~45% of the home health and hospice market in the Homecare Homebase EMR ecosystem. Once established, we plan to expand into acute and outside the US.
