The newly-introduced software has proven to be extremely efficient almost immediately. The automation rate is now 3 times higher than before our experts took over the project. It took a massive burden off Pfizer’s Global Digital Operations Department and dramatically increased productivity.
The time required to complete most tasks via the CMDB was cut from 8h to 30 min, and more than 6000 environments were taken under control. The deployment processes on those environments were successfully automated (including DB backup creation, environment cloning, etc.).
