Launching the World’s First Patient-Centric IPU Fellowship

The International Patients' Union, in collaboration with IIM Raipur’s Centre for Health, Innovation, Policy, and Digital Health, has launched the world’s first Patient-Centric IPU Fellowship—a unique three-month program designed to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare professionals through policy engagement and real-world interaction.

 

The International Patients’ Union (IPU) – The Change Initiative, in collaboration with The Centre for Health, Innovation, Policy, and Digital Health at IIM Raipur, has launched the world’s first Patient-Centric IPU Fellowship. 

 

This three-month fellowship aims to bridge the gap between healthcare professionals and patients, fostering policy reforms through direct patient engagement. The fellowship is open to MHA, MPH, Pharmacy, Nursing, Physiotherapy students, practicing doctors, patient advocates, and healthcare quality professionals and will provide an opportunity to interact with patients and patients’ community, analyze healthcare challenges, and contribute to policy development. 

 

The program offers mentorship, networking with policymakers, and interactions with public health experts. 

 

Duration: 3 months

For India:

• Students: ₹5,000 (all-inclusive)

• Working Professionals: ₹10,000 (all-inclusive)

EMI options are also available

For International:

Students: USD100 (all-inclusive)

• Working Professionals: USD200 (all-inclusive)

Upon completion, fellows will receive an official certification and will be added to the Alumni Network.
