The main objective of this ecosystem is to create a real-world evidence-based platform that supports successful implementation of health and welfare technology and effective decision-making processes and efficiency in the system delivery of health and social care services aimed atpromoting good quality of life, health and wellbeing, prevention and better management of diseases- from a person-centred perspective.
Specific objectives include:
- Bringing together cross-functional stakeholders to foster innovation, promote co-operation and smoothen ineffective silos in the system delivery of health and social care services when implementing health and welfare technology.
- Accelerating the adoption and optimization of health and welfare technology to promote health and well-being, prevention, disease management and healthy aging from a person-centred perspective.
- Creating real-world evidence-based models to support value proposition of new technology, decision-making processes and pathways for value-based tendering, sustainable reimbursement models, successful implementation, optimization and evaluation of effectiveness of health and welfare technology.
