GP kit - Anxiety UK

These tool kits can be used by both GPs and those living with anxiety to get a better outcome when presenting with anxiety. Both toolkits can be downloaded free of charge from the Anxiety UK website.

The GP resource has been developed to provide guidance on avoiding medical gaslighting and diagnostic overshadowing when consulting people with anxiety.

The guide to talking to your GP has been developed to help individuals with anxiety navigate conversations with their general practitioners (GPs) to ensure their health concerns are taken seriously and investigated appropriately.
