The Small Grant Scheme no 2 is dedicated to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)  for the provision of outreach measures for improving access to healthcare for vulnerable groups from isolated areas, including Roma, with a focus on awareness raising, capacity-building and educational promotions.
