THE 3RD EDITION OF THE AUTONOMY AT HOME DAY, CO-ORGANIZED BY CAREGIVERS-NEAR BRUSSELS AND SISD-BRUSSELS, TOOK PLACE ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 23, 2018 AT THE CULTURAL CENTER OF FLAGEY.

The day was  for healthcare professionals and home caregivers, as well as the general public. It took place in two stages:

09h00 | Opening of the day by Mr Didier Gosuin, Brussels Minister for Health – and by Dr Geneviève Oldenhove, President of SISD-Bxl.

09:30 | Intervention of Mr. Pierre Giorgini, rector of the Catholic University of Lille and author of the book about “Rapid Transitions”. It exposes the new paradigm of modes of cooperation between man and machine.

10:30 | Pause

10:50 | Speech by André Néron, ESP-ULB scientific associate, former Associate Director in the “Collaboration and Patient Partnership” division of the Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Medicine. He will talk about the contribution of telemedicine in Quebec and its impact on interdisciplinary collaboration.

11:30 | Panel discussion moderated by Dr. Judkiewicz Moderator – Director Silver Brains Innovation and Strategy Consulting
