The XpanDH project is excited to announce the European Digital Health Interoperability Days, a series of events dedicated to the formal handover of project outcomes and the future of European digital health. These events will be held at the Iscte University in Lisbon, Portugal, from 16–19 December 2024.

The programme includes:

• Day 1 (16 December): Telehealth Day with Portuguese and Spanish discussions. More information: APDSI (morning), SITT (afternoon)
• Day 2 (17 December): XpanDH Handover Day I with workshops on innovation and formalisation, and the exclusive XpanDH Party (by invitation only), featuring the handover ceremony and the European Digital Health Interoperability Awards.
• Day 3 (18 December): XpanDH Handover Day II with keynotes, hybrid sessions on the project’s results, and discussions on legacy and future actions.
• Day 4 (19 December): Post-Handover Workshops on ecosystem continuity, blockchain, evaluation dimensions, and patient engagement.

These sessions will gather stakeholders from across Europe to exchange knowledge, celebrate achievements, and explore the next steps for digital health interoperability.
