The call is dedicated to Romanian local authorities, Public Health Directorates, hospitals and other public authorities for direct measures to improve health services especially for vulnerable groups (mother and child health, prevention of infectious diseases, prevention of non-communicable diseases), investments in preventive healthcare infrastructure and IT training and information and awareness campaigns.
