Femtech France- Cartography 2025

Femtech France is the leading organization dedicated to innovation and entrepreneurship in women’s health in France. According to its 2025 landscape report, the number of startups addressing menopause increased by 6 percentage points between 2023 and 2024, highlighting a strong and recent momentum.

Several startups members of Femtech France are already developing solutions dedicated to this pivotal stage in women’s lives. These solutions span a wide range of innovations, from symptom tracking and personalized medical support to digital approaches focused on prevention, well-being, and quality of life improvement. This growth reflects a rising interest in a topic that has long been underinvested in, both medically and socially. Internationally, major players such as Midi Health have already demonstrated the strong potential of menopause-focused solutions, confirming the emergence of a market that is strategic, innovative, and impactful. In France, Femtech startups brought together within the collective are actively contributing to this momentum by providing concrete responses to women’s still largely unmet needs.

Women’s health clinics dedicated to menopause

To address the need for comprehensive care, some Femtech startups have chosen to create menopause clinics, offering multidisciplinary and personalized support.

Menoclinic provides a care pathway specifically designed for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause, relying on trained healthcare professionals. Its goal is to reduce diagnostic wandering and offer solutions tailored to the physical and psychological symptoms women may experience.

Similarly, Maison Simone is rethinking women’s health support through dedicated clinics that combine care, prevention, and well-being. These environments help break the taboos surrounding menopause and provide a reassuring setting in which women can navigate this life transition.

Apps for personalized and continuous support

Digital health also plays a key role in transforming perimenopause and menopause care by enabling accessible and individualized follow-up.

Ainoha offers a holistic approach to women’s health using AI, including perimenopause and menopause. Its model is based on a personalized strategy that combines prevention, well-being, and long-term support, with the aim of sustainably improving women’s quality of life at every stage.

Fifty Care follows a similar path by delivering digital solutions focused on women’s vitality and balance, with particular attention to hormonal health and menopause-related symptoms.

Supplements and hardware solutions

Beyond services and apps, some Femtech startups are developing product-based solutions to meet concrete needs expressed by women.

Ginama focuses on women’s hormonal health through dietary supplements and educational content, helping women better understand their bodies and navigate perimenopause and menopause more calmly.

KAT Innovation, a Canadian startup with a subsidiary in France, designs innovative devices targeting osteoporosis. Its solutions aim to tangibly improve comfort and quality of life, particularly during menopause, by addressing needs that are still insufficiently covered by traditional care pathways.

Femtech France supports and promotes these startups by providing visibility, networking opportunities, and collaboration with healthcare, research, and institutional stakeholders, in order to accelerate the adoption of innovative solutions dedicated to perimenopause and menopause. Those startups demonstrate that these life stages no longer need to be experienced in silence or isolation. Concrete, accessible, and women-centered solutions already exist to change practices and sustainably improve women’s quality of life.
