The Spread & Scale Academy is now accepting applications for its next cohort. This dynamic programme is designed to support teams with a proven solution to spread their impact further, faster, and with greater confidence.
A three-day, immersive learning experience delivered by the Dragon’s Heart Institute. It comes with expert support and practical tools for scaling innovation. It’s more than training; it’s a springboard for change.
Anyone. There’s no minimum grade or prior experience required. You just need:
• A team of 3 to 6 people
• A solution or innovation that’s been shown to work in at least one place
• Free for NHS Wales and Welsh social care staff
• £1,500 per person for all others
Since 2021, Spread & Scale Academy graduates have saved the NHS in Wales over £6.5 million and avoided more than 10 million kg of CO₂e through the innovations they’ve spread.
